3. Payment

4. Delivery
4.1 The eBook will be delivered to the Customer in EPUB format. EPUB is a standard file format for eBooks that can be read on most electronic devices, including e-readers, smartphones, and tablets.
4.2 Customers will receive links to download their digital products in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
5.1 The eBook is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5.2 The Publisher does not warrant that the eBook will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability

7.1 This Agreement shall terminate automatically if the Customer breaches any of its terms and conditions.
7.2 Upon termination, the Customer shall cease all use of the eBook and destroy all copies of the eBook in its possession or control.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Publisher and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
10. Acceptance
By purchasing and downloading the eBook, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
