  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. Prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made or instantly delivered, all sales are final.

  • Print-on-demand and digital items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clothing: Please review size charts carefully before ordering, as sizing issues are not eligible for returns.
  • Defective items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement by emailing us at thecheerleaderbookclub@gmail.com on the same day of delivery with photos of the defect and the shipping label.
  • Refunds are not available; replacements will be for the same product only.

5. Digital Content License

When you purchase digital content, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
